Description:
Linocuts—they’re fun; they’re graphic, and they’re full of layered colors!

Carving and Layering—Multi-Color Linocut will introduce students to the exciting and wonderful process of linocut printmaking. Students will learn a variety of techniques through demonstrations and hands-on art-making to produce their prints. Participants will have the freedom to create work with diverse subject matter as they experiment with monoprints and print editions.

Students will design and create a multi-color linocut print edition and will leave the class with the supplies and knowledge to continue designing and printing on their own.
