Come explore the possibilities with Mixed Media Art in this four-session hands-on workshop facilitated by mixed media artist Jose Angel Hernandez. By the end of the workshop you will have created a 12” x 12” mixed media painting on a panel with some three-dimensional elements added to the painting.
Mixed Media Art is defined as a work of art created with use of a variety of media. With the theme of Art Lollapalooza expect to create a work of art full of colors, extraordinary design, use of words and a playful element.
All development levels are welcome. Your instructor will assist you in brainstorming ideas, composition, and execution of your art project.
Spanish speakers welcome.
Classes & workshops are conducted in a Safe environment – We will be observing quarantine measures such as wearing masks, social distancing, and anti-infection procedures. Registration will be required for our art activities, and class size will be limited to 10 people. No drop-ins.

Cost: Instruction is FREE but a materials fee is required: $25 IAA members / $35 nonmembers
