Zine is short for Magazine

We will be making Zines that are dedicated to artwork, poetry, cartoons, editorials and short stories. We will have several sizes and templates to work from. We will also make our own stamp by eraser carving. After we complete a few we can enjoy our little gallery of zines.

Because zines do not have any sort of corporate backing, they are very rugged, individualized, they are much more charismatic than larger, more popular magazines whose content is often dictated by their advertisers.

Bring your design ideas — artwork, drawings, photos, poetry, cartoons, sayings etc. that you want to include.

ATC’s Artist Trading Cards

ARTIST TRADING CARDS are miniature works of art created on 2 ½ X 3 ½ inch art pieces that are changed and collected worldwide. We will combine media and textural techniques and use a variety of inks, colored pencils, markers and collage materials.

We will also be carving erasers to make our own stamps to use on our ATC’S.
