The “Human Experience; Connecting Worlds” brings the everyday life of our Middle Eastern neighbors to the forefront through a photographic journey. The viewer will witness societal interactions in the Islamic communities through the lenses of photographers Deborah Hunter, Richard Doughty, Farah Janjua and Shafaq Ahmed. The Keller Public Arts Program is pleased to welcome the Texas Muslim Women’s Foundation and the Islamic Art Revival Series as they share this first of its kind exhibition in Keller.
The opening reception will be held on Friday, March 15, 2019 from 6 – 9 pm at Keller Town Hall, 1100 Bear Creek Parkway, Keller TX 76248. The evening will feature an artist panel, moderated by Thorne Anderson, Assistant Professor, Mayborn School of Journalism. All are welcome to attend the free event.
